NOTICE OF APPEAL
CHARLES T. SCOTT and MARTHA J. SCOTT, defendants,
take and enter their appeal to the District Court of
Appeal of Florida, Foarth District, to review the Order
on defendants' motion for new trial which said order
denied the motion of the defendants for judgment notwith-
standing verdict and in the alternative, motion for a new

trial, and motion for an order setting aside tinal
judgment for pZaintiff, said order being from the Circuit
Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida in
j and for Saint Lucie County, bearing the date of February

l, 1974, and rendered and recorded in Book 223 at Page 1306.
