THIS CAUSE came on .for trial the 18th day ot February, 1974 and

the Court, having given full consideration to all the evidence,

finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties '

and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband. `

and wife now exists between the parties; and that the~marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as ~ollows:
1. DZSSOLUTION OF MARRZAGE. The marriaqe between FRANK DALTON
!~URRIN and yANCY ELIZABETH MURRIN be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
`freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligation arising therefrom.
2. RESTORATI~N OF NAME. NANCY ELIZABETH MURRIN be and she is
~ hereby authorized to assume her £ormer name of NA~ICY E~IZABETH
! MOSS?~iAN and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage
had not intervened. "

~ 4. JURISDZCTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties

thereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may
' be proper.
