January 31, 1969 recorded in Book 175, Page 1682 et. seq. said Public
Records ("Lot"). As provided for by the Condominium Act of the Statutes
of the State of Florida (Chapter 71I, et. seq. 1965 as subsequent].y
amended) said description in this conveyance i~cludes, but is not limited
to, a11. appurtenar~ces to the condominiuin parcel above described, including
the limited common elements assigned thereto, and including the undivi3ed
