Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed,
upon the property situate in said State and County described as follows, to-wit:
Condominium Parcel: Lot ~ M-6 of HOLIDAY OUT AT ST. LUCIE, INC., a
Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded
in Official Records Book 168, Page 1348, et. seq. of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida as amended by Agreement dated January 31,
1969 recorded in Book 175, Page 1682 et. seq. said Public Records ("Lot").
As pro~ided for by the Condominium Act of the Statutes of the State of
Florida (Chapter 711, et. seq. 1965 as subsequently amended) said des-
cription in this conveyance includes, but is not limited to, all appur-
tenances to the condominium parcel above described, including the limited
common elements assigned thereto, and including the undivided interest
in the common elements of said Condominium. ~
THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF ATLANTA
hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed,
and surrenders the same as cancelled, and hereby directs the Clerk of the said
Circuit Court to cancel the same qf record.
