If a conveyance shoul~l be made by the m~rtgagors of the premises herein described, or any part
thereof, wit!~out the written consent of the Association, and vvithout assumption in regular form of
la~v t~~ the grantee of the ubligations to the Association created by ~aid promissory note and this mort-
ga^e, then, and in that event, and at the option ot the Associai~o~, and without notice, all sums of
~ money secured hereby shall immediately and concurrently with such conveyance become due and pay-
~
{ able and in detault. The Association reserves the r iKht to withhold consent to any such conveyance
° ar~d assumption until and uniess ~atisfaciory financ~al reporis and other personal data required by the
' Assccsaticn are furnished to the Associat:on by the party acquirin~; titie to the premises; or any part
thcreof. By ~~vinr~ its consent io such conveyance, the Assoc;ation shall not be deemed to have released
the m~rtgagor hereunder from any lia~ility hereunder. T}~e Association may deal with successors in in-
teresi w~th reference to this m~rtage and the debt hereby secured in the same manner as with th~
mortsa~o~s, and may fcrbear to sue cfi may extend time for payment of the debt, secured hereby, or
otl~erwise act without dischar~ing or in any'way affecting the liability of the mortgagors hereunder
or upon the debt hereby secu~ed. The Association may also deal with the Mortgagors and/or with
successors ~n ~nterest with reference to tnis mortgage and the debt hereby secured by forbearing to
s~c, extendin ; the time for payment of the debt; providing for different monthly payments and/or a
different interest rate, snd by ather express modifications of the contract, without losing any priority
the Association has over other mort~agees or lienors or holders of anY j~nior interest in the property
secured hereby. ,
Together w+rh all ouildings, improvements, tixtures or appurt~nances new or hereaiter erected there-
on or placed therein, incfuding all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, ~vhe*!,er in single u~its ~o•
centrally cantrolied; used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refri~eratien, ventila-
tion or other services, and any other thing no~v or hereafter therein or thereon, including screens, wincio~~
shades, storm doors ane! windows, floor coverings, screen doors, awnings, stoves and .vater heate~s
(all of which are ~ntende~ to be and a:e here5y declared to be a part~bf said real estate whether physic-
ally attached thereto or not); and also tasether with all eascments and the rents, issues and profits of
said premises .vhich are hereby pledged, assi~ned, transferred and set over unto the Mcrtgasee, wh~the:
now due or hereafter to Lecome uue as pravided ;r~ the Suppler»enta! Agreement secured hereby. The
Mortgagee is hereuy subrogated to the rights of all ?nortgages, lie~holders and ovvners paid off by pro-
