The Association reserves the r iKht to withhold consent to any such conveyance ° ar~d assumption until and uniess ~atisfaciory financ~al reporis and other personal data required by the ' Assccsaticn are furnished to the Associat:on by the party acquirin~; titie to the premises; or any part thcreof.
