ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
VENTURE ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, a Corporation organized and existing
under the laws of the State of Delaware and domesticated to do business
in the State of Florida, the holder of the mortgages and indebtedness
secured by same, recorded in Official Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and more fully described as follows:
Mortgage executed by Francis J. Nolan and wife Jane H. Nolan, dated
December 26, 1973, recorded in ORB 223, page 1981, under Clerk's file
~ 274301 (Lot ~k898) .
For valuable considerations received from THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF
ATLANTA, Atlanta, Georgia, hereby on the 13th day of February, 1974, assigns
and sets over the aforementioned mortgages, notes and debts described
therein to THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF ATLANTA, with full recoures on
assignor.
