ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
VENTURE OUT IN AMERICA AT INDIAN RIVER, INC. (formerly known as
HOLIDAY OUT IN AMERICA AT ST. LUCIE, INC.), a Corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the State of FZorzda, the holder of
the mortgages, and indebtedness secured by same of each of the mortgages
listed below, recorded in Official Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and more fully described as follows; ~
Mortgage executed by Francis J. Nolan and wife Jane H. Nolan, dated
December 26, 1973, recorded in ORB 223, page 1981, under Clerk's file
~ 274301 (Lot # 898).
For valuable considerations received from VENTURE ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION,
AtZanta, Georgia, hereby on the 13th day of February, 1974, assigns and
sets over the aforementioned mortgages and notes and debts described
therein to VENTURE ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, with full recourse on assignor.
