ORDER OF COMMITMENT '
This cause coming to be heard upon the Affidavit of the
Wife, and the Court finding therefrom•that the Husband has failed
to pay the Thirty ($30.00) Dollar weekly payments on January 25,
February 1, 8 and 15, 1974 as Ordered by this Court in the "Order
on Motion for Contempt" dated November 16, 1973, and the Court
being advised in the premises; _
It is therefore ORDERED that all and singular the Sheriffs
of the State of Florida shall commit the Husband, CHIo,RLES H.
McKENZIE, and transmit him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County,

' Florida, to serve ~ full days for his contempt of this Court;

~ At the time of arrest or at any time thereaft~r until •
~ Friday, Fe~iruary 22, 1974, the Husband may purge himself by paying
~ to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County for the Wife the sum of One Hun-

dred Twenty ($120.00) Dollars; on February 22, 1974 until March 1,

~ 1974, the Husband may purge himself by paying to the Sheriff of St.
~
~ Lucie County, the sum of One Hundred Fifty ($150.00) Dollars with a
~
~ like sum of Thirty ($30.00) Dollars added each Frida thereafter.
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida, this ~ day of
