bearing date the 30th day of May, A.D. 1972, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of
CircuiC Court in and for the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Officisl Itecords
Book 203, Page 1332, mortgaged unto FIRST WISCONSIN NATIONAL BANK OF MILWAtJKEE and as-
signs, mortgagee, the premises tlierein particularly described, to secure the paymer.t of

therein mentioned and:

Circuit Court in end for the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Records
Book 215, Fages 130~-1314 inclusive, mortgaged unto FIRST WISCOySIN NATIONAI, BANK and
assigns, mortgagee, the precnises therein particularly described, to secure [he payment
of the sum of One Hundred Eighty Thousand Ztao Hundred Dollars ($180,200.00) with inter-
est as therein mentioned:
AND WHEREAS, the said F.ORT PIERCE CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION has requested the said
FIRST WISCONS IlV NATIONAL BAN1C OF MILWAUKEE to release the premises hereinafter described,
being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgages:
NO[~1 THEREFORE: KNOW YE, That the said FIRST WISCONSIN NATIONAL BANK OF MILWAUKEE
in consideration of the premises set forth herein and of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
and other good and vaYuable consideration to it paid by the said FORT PIERCE COVSTRUCTION
CORPORATIOV at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
Iedged, does remise, release, qnit-cZaim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and op-
eration of said mortgage unto the said FORT PIERCE CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION its heirs
and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises con-
veyed by said mortgages, to-wit:
