The Parties of the First Part, pursuant to Order of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, dated Janua`ry 7th ,
1974, and in consideration of the premises and of the full payment
of an agreement previously entered into between W. A. PALMER and
WILLIAM JOHNSON, said Agreement later assigned to the Grantee
herein, and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid,
grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm
j to the Party of the Second Part, that certain real property situate

~ in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as

~ of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

~ TOGETHER with the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances

~ thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.

~ AND the Parties of the First Part do covenant to and with
the Party of the Second Part, its heirs and assigns that in all
things preliminary to and in and about this conveyance the orders
= of the above named court and the laws of Florida have been followec~
