THIS DEED M~1D~ AND ENTERED INTO on this 23rd day of
January, A.D. 1974, between CHARLES G. ORT, PAC?L L. ORT, and F.LIZABETH
O. GRIFFITH, the duly constituted and appointed Co-Executors of the
Estate of CHARLES C. ORT, deceased, late of saic~ County and State,
as parties of the first part, and CHARLES E. DF.CK anc~ POLLY DF.CK, ,
his wife, Route 3, Box 424, Fort Pierce, Florida, 3345Q, as parties
of the second part;
WITNESSETH: That on the 6th day of February, 1967,
CHARLES C. ORT and IRENE D. ORT, his wife, as parties of the first
part, entered into an Agreement For Deed between them and CHARLES
E. DECK and POLLY DECK, his wife, as parties of the second part,
for the sale by the parties of the first part to the parties of the

~ price of Six Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($6,200.00) to be paid

E according to the terms and conditions of said Agreement For Deed,

` of St. Lucie County, Florida; that, thereafter; the said CHARLES C.

~ October, 1972, the said IRENE D. ORT, surviving spouse of the said

- CHARLES C. ORT, deceased, disclaimed all of her right to dower in the

~ lands of the said CHARLES C. ORT, deceased, and elected to take cer-
y tain bequests and devises under the Last Will And Testament of the

said CHARLES C. ORT, deceased, as probated in the Warren County Sur-
= rogates Court, jVarren County, New Jersey,. in Volur.te 5, page 400 et seq;
, that the said CHARLES E. DECK and POLLY DECK, his ~aife, have now ma~e

- the final payment due under said Agreement For Deed in the amount of
