deed to said lands, properly executed, acknowledged and delivered,
conveying and transferring to them good an~ marketable title to
said lands.
'NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and in
further consideration of the sum of Six Thousand Two Hundred and
no/lOQ ($6,200.00) Dollars, together with accrued interest thereon,
purchase money paid at and before the execution, sealing and
delivery of this Executor's Deed, receipt of which is hereby ack-
nowledged, the parties of the first part, as Co-Executors of the
Estate of CHARLES C. ORT, deceased, have sold and conveyed, and
do hereby sell and convey unto the said CHARLES E. DECK and POLLY
DECK, his wife, their heirs and assigns, all that tract or parcel
of land situated in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida
and described as follows, to-wit:

~ lying South and East of State Road No. 8, also
~ known as Okeechobee Road, North Half (N 1/2)
; , of Lot 30 of Subdivision of Section 29, Town-
' ship 35 South, Range 39 East, according to -
plat recorded in Plat Book 3, page 23, of the
~ public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
; said Lot lying in and comprising a part of the
~ South Half (S 1/2) of the Southwest One-Ouarter
~
~ (SW 1/4) of said Section, Township and~Range;
' excepting, however, rights-of-way for drainage ~
~ canals and public roads; together with all the ~
~ appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any
wise appertaining.
