R. Book 168, pa8e 1368, Public Records of St. Lucie County,,Florida, that the follo~xin~; amendme~:ts of the Declaration .of Condominium were duly and regularly made and adopted, as provided in said Declaration and the Law: - 1) Article VII. METHOD OF Ar~ENDMENT OF DDCLARATION, as recorded in the public records of St. Lucie County, 0. R. Book 168, page 1351, be amended as follows: Delete the first paragraph, and substitute the folloRing wording: „This Declaration may be amended at any regular meeting or special meeting of the unit owners of this Condominium, called and convened in accordance Aith the By-laws, by the affirmative vote of voting.members casting not less than three-fourths (3/4) of the total votes of the members of the Association present and voting." 2) ARTICLE XIII. USE AND OCCUPANCY, as recorded in the public records of St. Lucie County; 0. R.
