Notice is hereby given, under the provisions of Chapter 711.10,
Flori~ia Statutes, 196?, and under the provisions of the Declaration of
Condo~inium of Holiday Out at St. Lucie, a Condominium, as recorded in t
0. R. Book 168, pa8e 1368, Public Records of St. Lucie County,,Florida, that
the follo~xin~; amendme~:ts of the Declaration .of Condominium were duly and
regularly made and adopted, as provided in said Declaration and the Law: -
1) Article VII. METHOD OF Ar~ENDMENT OF DDCLARATION, as recorded in
the public records of St. Lucie County, 0. R. Book 168, page 1351,
be amended as follows:
Delete the first paragraph, and substitute the folloRing wording:
„This Declaration may be amended at any regular meeting or
special meeting of the unit owners of this Condominium,
called and convened in accordance Aith the By-laws, by the
affirmative vote of voting.members casting not less than
three-fourths (3/4) of the total votes of the members of
the Association present and voting."
2) ARTICLE XIII. USE AND OCCUPANCY, as recorded in the public
records of St. Lucie County; 0. R. Book 168, page 1355, the
~ second sentence of 1. be corrected and changed as follows:

„1. No restrictions shall be placed as far as renting or selling
~ any Condominium unit, provided, however, all other provisions of
this Declaration of Condominium, By-laws, Articles of Incorpora-
~ tion, and the F'lorida Law knorrn as the Florida Condominium Act,
~ pertaining.thereto, are strictly adhered to; and rental or sale
is sub~ect to all Florida R eal Estate laws, regulations of the
~ State of F7.orida Departnent of Health, Sanitation, and Pollution
Control, and all local regulations ~rhich might apply, including
the adoption and amendment from time to time of administrative
regulations by the Board of Directors governing the Con~ioTM~iniwa
