Notice is hereby given, under the nr~visions of Chapter ?11.10,
Florida Statutes, 1967, and tzr_der the provisions of the Declaration of
Condominium of Holiday Out at St. I.ucie as recorded in 0. R. Eook 168,
page 1348, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Fl.orida, that the following
amendments of the 3y-Laxs of Holiday Out at St. Lucie, a Concb minium r?ere
duly and regularly ~nade and adopted, as provided in said Declaration and
the La~?:
1) ARTICLE II - A. AiEETIfiGS OF THE 2'r2aBF~SH?P, as recorded in the
public records ef St. Lucie County, 0. R. Book 168, page 1370,
Section 2. r;OTICFS, be amended as follows: ~
Delete part of first sentence which reads: at least five (5)
days, but not more than fifteen (15) days prior to such
~eeting.
And substitute t'r.e foZlowin~ wording; at least five (5)
days, but not more than forty-five (45) days prior to such
meeting.~~
Section 4. Annual ;ieeting, be amended as follows:
Delete part of the first sentence, whicr reads: ~~The annual
meeting shall be held at the cam~site, on the Valentine~s
Day, 1968, and thereafter an Valentine~s Day of eac!~ year...~~
And substitute the follor:ing wording: t~The annual meeting shall
be held at tne Condominium property, on Valentiiie~s Day, 1974,
and thereafter on the first Saturday following Valentine's

; Delete (3) in its entirety, and substitute the follov;ing:
"(3) If the Amendment has not been apnroved by the unanimous
vote of the Board of Directors, then the Amend~:ent shall be
~ apnroved by the affiraative vote of the voting merabers
~ casting not less than three-fourths (3/4) of the total votes
` of the members of the Association present and voting; and,~~
3) ARTICLE XVI. RULES AfiD REGiJLATIONS, as recorded in the pub2ic
f records of St. Lucie County, 0. R. Book ~60, pages 1381, ~382, and
~ 1382, be amen~ed as foZlows;
