TO ARTICLES OF Ir'CORPORATION OF HOLIDAY OiTP AT ST. LUCIE, a Condominium
Notice is hereby given, under the provisions of Chapter 711.10,
Florida Statutea, 196?, and under the provisions of the Articles of
Incorporation of Aoliday Out at St. Lucie, a Condominium, as recorded in
0. R. Book 168, pa8e 1385, Public Records of St. Lucie County~ Florida,
that the following amendment of the Articles of Incorporation of Holida}r
Out at St. Lucie, a Condominium xas duly and regularly made and adopted,
as provided in said Articles of Incorporation and the Law:
ARTICLE VIIII, as recorded in the public records oi St. Lucie
County, 0. R. Book 268, page 138?, be amended as follows:
Delete paragraph B, and substitute a nex naragraph B, which
reads as follows:
"If the proposed change has not been approved by the
unanimous vote of the Board of Directors, then the
' proposed change must be approved by a three-quarter
t3/4) vote of the membership, present and voting,~~
It is further certified that this amendment, in every respect,
was adopted according to the provi~ions of the Articles of Incornoration
of Holiday Out at St. Lucie, a Condominium, on the 14th day of~February 1974,
at the regular r~eeting of the meMbership wherein the requisite number of
o;~ne~'ships were nresent.
