THIS INDENTURE, executed this ( S day of 3t~y, 1973, between W. F.
MIDDLEDORF, as ~ldministrator of the Estate of Thelma Middledorf,
deceased, Party of the First Pa2t, and W. F. MIDDLEDORF, Party of the .
Second Part, whose address is, Apt. 1024, 2300 24th Road South, Arlington;
Virginia 22206. ,
WITNESSETH:
The Party of the First Part, pursuant to the Order of the Circuit Court
of Dade County, Florida, dated July 23, 1973 _ , and in con-
sideration of the premises and the sum of $10. 00 and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
releases, conveys and confirms to the Party of the Second Part, his heirs and
assigns forever, the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida described as:
Lot 32, Block 60, INDIAN RIVER ESTATES U1VIT EIGHT, a Subdivision
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 10 at Page 73 of
the Public Records of St; Lucie County, Florida
TOGETHER v~tith all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurte-
nances belonging or in anywise appertaining to t~at real property. -
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Party of the Second Part, his
heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the Party of the First Part does covenant to and with tl:e Party of the
