ADMINISTRATOR'S DEED
THIS INDENTURB~ executed this ~ S~ day o~-~d~y~ 1973~ between W.F.
MIDDLEDORF~ as Administrator of the Estate of Thelma Middledorf, deceased,
Party of the First Part~ and JAMES C. MIDDLEDORF~ Party of the Second
Part~ whose address is 1206 E. Church~ Brazil, Indiana 47834. .
WITNESSETH:"
The Party of the First Part~ pursuant to the Order of the Circuit
Court of Dade County~ F'lorida~ dated July 23, 1973 , and _in
consideration of the premises and the sum of 510.00 and other good and
valuable consideration in hand paid~ grants~ bargains~ sells~ aliens~
remises~ releases~ conveys and confirms to the Party of the Second Part~
his heirs and assigns forever~ the real property in St. Lucie County,
Florida described as:
Lot 33~ B1ock 60~ INDIAN RIVER ESTATES UNIT EIGHr~ a Subdivision
according to the Plat thereof~ recorded in Plat Book 10 at Page
73 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County~ Florida.
Together with all and singular~the tenements~ hereditaments and
appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real property.
TO HAVE AND TO Ifi~OLD the same to the Party of the Second Part~ his
heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the Party of the First Part does covenant to and with the Party
of the Second PaFt, his heirs and assigns, that in all things preliminary
to and in and about the sale and th is conveyance the orders of the above-
