TOGSTIiIiR witb all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVB AND TO HOLD, the same in iee simple iorever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant vrith the said Grantees that the Grantors
are la~rfully seized oi said land in tee simple; that the Grantors have g~ood right and
lawful suthority to sell and convey the said land; that the Grantors hereby lullq
warrant the title to said land and Mill defend the same against the lawful clains o!
all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances. excepting
taxes accruing subsequent to Decenber 31st, 1972.
