Page Two of the last will and testament of Katbleen M. Wllcox.
Si~cth: Said Trustee ehall use or distribute the income and/or principal in her absolute
discretion to or for the benefit of my children, Sheila Gordon Wilcox and Patrice
Jo9ephin.e Wilcox, in equal sbares. As each child attains the age of tweaty-one (2t),
the Trustee shall distrib~te to' her her share of the Trust estate as it exists at thaL time.
Should either child die before attaining the age of twenty-one (21) years leaving aurviving
issue. then such child's share shall be distributed free and clear of aay Trust to such
issue per stirpes. Should either child die before a#taiaing the age of twenty-one (21)
years leaving no surviving issue, then such child's share sball pasa to her sisters, in
equal shares. If at any ti~ms there should be no one entitled to receive the income and/or
principal of this Trust, then the Trust shall ternoinate and the Trust assets di~tributed
- to whoever may be named heirs at law under the laws of the State of Tennessee at that
time.
Seve~h: In the event of the death, inability or refusal of my said daugh#er,~ Kathleen M.
Benson, to serve as Trustee under this Trust, I nominate and appoint my nephew, - Carter
J. Lynch, Jr. , to be Trastee with the same powers, duties and immunities ~ranted to her.

I nominate and appoint my husband, Patrick J. Wilcoa, to be ea~ecntor of this my last will
and testam~ent and eapressly excuse Limfrom ~ving bond as such and authorize him to
sell, mortgage or convey azip real estate of which I may die the owner either for the
purpose of paying debts, taaea, on eapensea or for the purpose of distribu-
tion. In the event of the death, inability or refusal of my said husband, Pa#rick J. W31coa,
to serve as executor under tbis will, I nom~inate and appoi~ my daughter, Katbleen ~V.

her. In the eve~ of the death, in.ability or re,fusal to serve of my said dauahter, Kathleen
