Chattanooga, Tennessee, begun and held at the Court House in tlze
City of Chattanooga, said State and County, on the First Monday

the Honorable Ray L. Brock, Jr., Chancellor, Part One, sitting by
interchange for the Honorable M. 8. Finkelstein, Chancellor, Part

- This cause coming on for hearing on the Report of the

Clerk of this Court on the first and final settlement and
- accounting of Kathleen W. Benson, Executrix of the Estate af
Kathleen M. Wilcox, deceased, and reported to the present Term,
and it appearing that said report is unexcepted to, it is, by the

Court in all things ratified and confirmed, and it is also ordered

that the report of the said Executrix be filed and recorded in the
~
Administrators' Settlement Records of this Court.
