Sf.tth: Said Trustee shall nse or distribute the income and/or principal in her absolute
discretion to or for the benefit of n~y children, 3heila Gordon Wilcox and Patrice
~ Josephtne Wilcoa, ia equal sharea. As each child a~ttains the a.ge of twenty-one (2Ij,
the Trustee ahall distribute to her her share of the 1'rust estate as it exists at that time.
Should either child die before afitadning the age of fia~nentprone (21) pesrs leaving surviving' -
issue, then such child's share sball be dfstributted free and clear of any Trust to such
issue per sttrpes. Should either child die before attaining the age of twenty-one (21)
years leaving no surviving issue, then such child's share shall pass to her sisters, ia
equal share~. If at any time there should be no one entitled to receive the income and/or
principal of this T`rust, then t1Le Trust shall ternainate and the Trust asse~ts distributed
to whoever map be named heirs at law under the laws of the State of Tennessee at that
time.
Seveath: In ~he event of the death, i~nability or refusal of my said daughter, Kathleen M. ~'o
Benson, to serve as Trustee uader this Trust, I nonniuate and appoint my nephew, Carter
J. Lynch, Jr. , to be Trnstee with the same powers, duties and im~~ities ~cauted to her.
IV.
I nomiaate and appoint my husband, Patrick J. Wilcoa, to be executor of this mp Iast wili
and testament and eapressly excuse himfrom giving bond a.g such and authorize him to
sell, mortgage or convey aay real estate of which I may die the owner either for the
purpose of paying debts, taxea, administration expenses or for the purpose of distribu-
tion. In the event of the death, inabitftp or refusal of my safd husbaad, Patrick J. Wilcox,
to serve as easecutor under tbis will, I nominate and appoiut my daughter, Kathleen 'W.
Benson, to serve as executria with the same pov~rers, duties and immunities granted to
her. In the event of the death, ina.bility or refusal to serve of mp said daughter, Kathl.een
Benson, I nominate and appoiut my nephew, Carter J. Lynch, Jr. , to serve as executor
with the same powers, duties and immunities granted to her.
