RESTRICTIV~: COVEIIANT
This cover.ant executed the date and year below referenced by
FRANCES LAROY SLOA;d, fee simple title holder in and to the real
estate described of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 1 hereafter
called "Grantor".
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, FRANCES LAROY SLOAId, single adult, is fee simple owner
in and to real property situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, more
fully described under Exhibit I and made a part hereof.
WHEREAS, the title holder desires to execute a restrictive
covenant which covenant shall run with the land in perpetuity and
shall not be released except by the express written release of
Grantor herein FRANCES LAROY SLOAN together with her successors in
title and ~t. Lucie County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, in the consideration of the mutual reservations
and covenants made and other valuable consideration, the Grantor does
hereby restrict all of the subject property as follows:
RESTRICTIVE COVENANT: It is expressly understood and agreed
' that the land described in Exhibit I hereto shall not be utilized

~ for comriercial race tract purposes, private or public racing events

~ involving any form of motor vehicle which restrictive covenant shall
~ run with the land herein described in perpetuity and snall constitute

~ a restrictive covenant running with the land.
; That this restricted covenant shall become effective and

~ shall self execute and commence upon the filing with the public
~ records of St. Lucie County, Florida, an appropriate resolution,
~
~ rezoninq the present property in accordance with present Petition
~ to rezone filed by Gerald S. James, Trustee, the substance, to-wit:

B-4 zoning in that portion o~ subject land described in Exhibit I
_ lying in the E 1/2 of the NW 1/4 ot the SE 1/4 of Section 6, Township
35 South, Range 40 East, and td-2 lying in that portion of subject
