F I N A L J U D G M E N T
THIS CAUSE coming on this day to be heard and it
appearing to the Court that the above-named Defendant was duly
served with the Complaint herein, and it further appearing that
the said Defendant has failed to file an Answer or other pleading
in said action, that a default has been p~`eviously entered herein,
and, further, that Defendant has been duly and properly served
with a copy of the Motion for Final Judgment, Notice of Hearing,
; and Affidavit of Amounts Due, and that the Said Defendant,

p BUSSHAUS SONS, a Florida corporation, is justly indebted to the

' Plaintiff in the sum of THREE THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED and 65/100

~ ($3,300.65} DOLLARS, plus interest in the amount of ONE HUNDRED,

SIXTY-TWO and 54/100 ($162.54) DOLLARS, it is thereupon

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, ADOBE BUILDING

~ CENTERS, INC., f/k/a ADOBE BRICK AND SUPPLY CO., do have and
~
~ recover from the Defendant, BUSSHAUS SONS, the sum of THREE
~
~ THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED and 65/100 ($3,300.65) DOLLARS, plus
~
~ interest in the amount of ONE HUNDRED, SIXTY-TWO and 54/100
`A ($162.54) DOLLARS, plus costs in the amount of TWENTY-SEVEN and
