OSTL•'EN, JR. , as Executor of the V<<ill of Mary G. Osteen, de-
ceased, hereinafter called the Grantor, to PAUL L. OSTEEN, JR.. whosa post
office address is 802 Florida A venue, Fort Pierce, Florida =33~#50~ hereinafter
called the Grantee; -
W HEREAS, Mary G. Osteen died February 12, 19?2 leaving a Last Will
and Testament which has been duly admitted to probate and record in St. Lucie
County, Florida on February 25, 1972 under which she devised and bequeathed
the residuary of her estate unto Paul L. Osteen, Jr. ; and
VGHEREAS, the estate of Mary G. Osteen, deceased, has been fully ad-
ministered and distributed in accordance with the terms of the decedent's Will;
and a need exists to show of record the release unto the said residuary beneficiary
of any and all claims heretofore existing in favor of the E xecutor of decedent's
W ill.
NOVV, THEREFORE, the premise stated, the grantor does h ereby remise,
release and quit-claim unto the said second party forever, all of the right, title.
interest, claim and demand which the said first party has in and to the following
described lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the County of
St. Lucie, State of F lorida, to-wit:
Lots 9 and 12, and part of vacated alley, Block 11, Oakland
Park Subdivision, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 2,
page 7 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
said ~arcel having 100 feet on S. 8th Street and 135 feet on
Florida Avenue in the City of Fort Pierce, Florida.
; TO HA VE AND TO HOLD the same t ogether with all and singular the appurten-
' ances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title,
~ interest, lien, equity and claim whatsoever of the said first party, either in law or
E eqaity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said second party forever.
