SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Citizens Federal Savings and loan Association of St. Lucie County, a
corporation under the laws of the Unite~ States of Ameriw, the owner of a certain mortgage given by
Bertha Ghent, A Single Adult dated May 4 1972 , and reco~ded
in the public ~ecords of Sa i nt Luc i e County, Florida, in Official Record Book 202 on page
190 , securing the payment of the sum of

covering property in the County of Sa i nt Luc i e , Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth
hereby cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said
mortgage in and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the afore-
said County to cancel the same of record.
