SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALl MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Citizens Federal Savings and Loan Association of St. Lucie Cou~ty, a
corporation under the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a ce~tain mortgage given by
Bertha Ghent, A Single Adult dated October 8 1971 , and recorded
~n the public records of Sa i n t Luc i e County, Florida, in Official Record Book 196 on page
676 , securing the payment of the sum of
One Thousand Two Hundred and No/]00 Dollars (3 1,200.00
covering property in the County of Sa i nt Luc i e , Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has ~eceived full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth
hereby cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said
mortgage in and to the premises descritsed therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the afore-
said County to cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Citizens Federal Savings and Loan Association of St. lucie County has caused these
