THIS INDENTURE, executed this day of January,

part, and EARL E. CRAWFORD and ESTELL~~RAWFORD, his wife,

WITNESSETH:
The party of the first part, pursuant to the order
of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, dated
