ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
This matter has come before the Court upon the plaintiff's motian for
the entry of an order to show cause why the defendant, its members, agents ?
and other persons acting in concert with it, should not be held in contempt of
i
the Final Judgment entered in this proceeding on February 6, 1974 .
The Court, upon consideration of the plaintiff's motion and its supporting
affidavit, ORDERS and COMIIZANDS:
1) The SCHOOL BOARD OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, its indi-
vidual members DALE CASSENS , THOMAS H. BRUHN , WILLIAM E. RAIKES ,
A. G. WEATHERINGTON and SAMUEL S. GAINES , and D. ft. SEELINGER , its
Superintendent, to appear before this Court at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday,
February 27 , 1974 , in the Court's chambers at the St . Lucie County Court-
;
house, Ft. Pierce, Florida, and then and there to show cause, if any they
have, why they should not be adjudged guilty of contempt for violation of the
terms and provisions of the Final Judgment entered in this cause on February 6,
1974.
2) That a copy of this Order and of the Plaintiff's Motion and attached
affidavit be forthwith served by the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon
each of the persons named above .
