~ 17. That in the event that tl~is mortgage be given to secure a constn~ction loan, failure on the Part of the ~tortgagors or

F~ ~aid c~nstruction in accordance ~vith plans and specifications filed ~+~ith the Association, shall constitute a breach of this mortgage,
