otherwise described as Lots 1 through 6 inclusive and
Lots 13 through 18 inclusive of Block 17 of an unrecorded
plat of SLOAN HEIGHTS; AND
The west 610 feet of the east 695 feet of the north
280 feet of the south 635 feet of SE'~ of SE'~, Section 6,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, being otherwise described ~
as Block 16 of an unrecorded plat of Slaon Heights; and
The west 610 feet of the east 695 feet of the north '
50 feet of the south 355 feet of the SE'~ of SE'~ of Section
6, Township 35 Soutfi, Range 40 East, being otherwise i
described as a 50 foot strip of land lying between Blocks
~ 16 and 17 of ari unrecorded plat of Sldan Heights.
Exception 6: West 50 feet of east 745 feet of north
660 feet of south 685 feet and also north 50 feet of south
685 feet of west 610 feet of east 695 feet of SE'~ of SE~,
$ection 6, Township 35 South, Range 40 East.~ T'his easement
shall be iri common with the public in general.
Also exceptin_g, all rights of way for public roads and drainage
canals of record
owned by GERALD S. JAMES, TRUSTEE, be and the same is hereby changed

from R-1C (one family dwelling)a nd B-4 (general business) to M-2 ;

(medium industry).

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Zoning Director of St. Lucie
County is hereby authorized and directed to cause the changes to b~
; made on the Official Zoning Map of St. Lucie Cau nty as set out above
and to make notation thereof of reference to the date of adoption
