~ 4. PROPERTY. The agreement admitted into evidence is here-
by incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered
to comply with the provisions thereof.
5. The wife shall receive the 1968 Rambler automobile
owned by the parties, which is fully paid for, and the husband
will execute all docwnents necessary to transfer full title and
awnership of safd automobile to the wife.
6. The wife shall receive the 1972 Shelby mobile home
owned by the parties, which she aqrees to make all future payments
on, and the husband will execute all documents necessary to -
transfer title and ownership of said mobile home to the wife.
' 7. The husband shall receive the 1971 pickup truck awned

~ by the parties, and agrees to make any payments due on same, and

the wife will execute all-documents necessary to transfer fulZ

` title and awnership of said pickup truck to the husband.
~ 8. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby ~

f enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoy-
ing the other.

; 9. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
