This cause was heard upon the verified Petition for Adoption
filed in Chis cause, and Petitioner, SAM H. WATERS, having acquired
custody of the minor from his wife, PAMELA D. WATERS, the natural
mother of the minor, on February 1, I974, the date petitioner and
the natural mother were married in Fort Pierce, Florida, and the
petitioner, SAM H. WATERS; and the natural moCher, PAMELA D. WATERS, _
being husband and wi£e and living together, and the natural father ;
