FINAL JUDGMENT - DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ;

THIS CAUSE, came on for trial the day of February, ,
1974 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of `
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation .
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and ;
; should be dissolved. It is thereupon
! .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
. 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between AGNES
HARBER and ARNIE HARBER be and the same is hereby dissolved
; i~ and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from -
€ ~
' the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
~
~ ~ from the obligations arising therefrom.

? 2. CUSTODY. Custody of BETTY HARBER, age 16, and SHELIA

~ ~ HARBER, age 9, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded

~ ~ to AGNES HARBER with reasonable visitation rights reserved to -

~ ARNIE HARBER.

~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the llth day of February, 1974,

ARNIE HARBER shall pay to AGNES HARBER the sum of One Hundred

~ Fif ty ($150.00) each and every month for the support of the

children named above until said children reach majority, marry ;

or become self-supporting. .
~ 4. 'PROPERTY. The Stipulation admitted into evidence is
_ hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are •
`u:;-:i ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. -
