RESORTS OF AMERICA AT NETTLES ISLAND, as shown by plat recorded in the Office
of the Circuit Court in and for St. t,ucie County, Fiurida, in Piat 6ook 16,

Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc., as developer and assignor hereunder hereby does
