1. To ma:se all payments required by that note and this mortgage promptly ~vhen due.
2. To pay all ta.xes, assessments~ liens and encumbrances on that property p*~mptly when due. If
t~:ey are not promptly paid, the biortgagee may pay them without a aicing the option to foreclose, and such
payments, with interest thereon from ~the date of payment at the same rate as specified in that note. sha!1

3. To commit. permit. or suffer no waste~ impairment or deterioration of the mortgaged property.

; 4. To pay all expenses reasonably incurred by the :~iortgagee because of failure of the ;~Iortgagor

gagee may foreclose this mortgage in the manner provided by law, and have the mortgaged pmperty soid to

~ to foreclose this mortgage shall be instituted. the court having jurisdiction thereof may appoint a receiver of

the solvency of the biortgagor or the adequacy of the security.
