. PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL F1EN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WNEREAS, FIRST NA7IOMAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of flmerica, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage de~d, executed the 14th day ~f October, ~
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massach4setts Business Tr~,st, securing
E5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page ~
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Luc~e County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of ~1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Pol~c County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Paqe 867, et seq., Public Records of St. tucie
County, ~lorida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National _
° City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, fror~ the ]ien and operation of said
mortgage ;
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum o` TwentY-S~ven Thousand Six Nundred

does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fran the
