WNEREAS, FIRST NATIONAI CITY BANK, a nationa] banking associa- "
tion organized under the ]aws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assiqnment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgag~ deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Tr~?st, securing
$5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Sook ]87, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Luc~e 4ounty, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. L:~cie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amencled by Modification of .
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of ~1,112,392.Q0 and
also encumbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which .
Modification of Mortgage Qeed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. 1.ucie .
County, Florida, and as further amend~d by Mortgage Modifica- -
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded ~
' in Officia] Record 6ook 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County; Florida; and

WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
- Gity Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, fran the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, TNEREFORE, F~rst National City Bank, in consideration of
