PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WNEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organi2ed under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner ard holder by assignrr~nt of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgag~ deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continentai
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts 6usiness Trust, securing
~5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Luc~e County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. L~cie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
~y an additional principal indebtedness of 51,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
~ Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Officiai Record
Book 207, Paye 867, et seq.;~Public Records of St. Lucie .
County, ~iorida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded -
in Official Record 8ook 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
lucie County, Florida; and
IJHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
` City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from tf~e lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of
