PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE ' Jc~~'~
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: ~
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgagps
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Tr~,st, securing
$5,100,000.OQ and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page -
~ 2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as-amended by Modification of
Mortgage Oeed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principai indebtedness of $1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Paqe 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
Gounty, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has'requested First National
- City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said ~
mortgage;
N01~, TNEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of Thirt~ Eiqht Thousand Seven Hundred
Ten and 00 100------------------------------------------DOLLARS
38,710.00 , the receipt whereof is hereby acknotivledged,
does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fran the -
~lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed
by said mortgage more particularly described as fo7lows:
