PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAG~
KNOW Al.l MEN BY 7HESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the o~vner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1910, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. ta Continenta]
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Susiness Trust, securing
$5,100,000.OQ and recorded in Official Record Book 1Fi7, Page
2405, et se.q., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. L;~cie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of ~i,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Fldrida, and as further amended by Mortyage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records af St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested Fi~~st National-
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage; •
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of

does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fran the
