COMES NOW, Troy L. Shearer who being under oath and sworn
does say: _
That Troy L. Shearer is the owner of that certain property
described as Lots 11 and 12, Block 35, Unit #5 (revised of Fort
Pierce Shores), a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 9, page 36 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
That at the time Affiant purchased this property he had
custody of two minor children by a previous marriage. These child-
ren were and are, Raren and Frank Shearer, That Karen Shearer is
now 14 years of age and Frank Shearer is now 13 years o£ age and
these children solely rely on Troy L. Shearer for theiX support.
That at the time the above described property was purchased
there was 2ocated thereon a three-bedroom house which was continu-
ally occupied by ~tself and my two minor childrea. This property
was, is and continues to be my homestead and furthe~ffiant sayeth
