ship 35 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
LESS AND EXCEPTING road and canal right-of way.
Personally appeared before me, ROYCE LEWIS, who first by
me being duly sworn, says:
1. He was the attorney for John A. Mendes, Trustee, who
purcnased land pursuant to a contract dated April 3, 1972, a copy
of which is attached hereto, incorporated by reference herein, and
marked Exhibit A.
2, That the transaction was closed on the 28th day of July,
1972 by deed, a copy of which is attached hereto, incorporated by
reference herein, and marked Exhibit B, which deed is recorded in
OR Book 2Q4, at Page 2017. "
3. That through ~rror and omission, the property described
above was omitted from said deed and from the mortgage.
4. That all funds due at closing from the purchasers were

' paid and that tne property described above should have been included
