PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNON ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: •
NNEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mort~ages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
~5,100,0U0.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records.of St. Luc~e County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein ~
more particularly described; as amen~ed by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of $1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of hlo.rtgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
~tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
- City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a ~
part of the mortgaged premises, fran the lien and operation of said ~
mortgage; -
NOW, TNEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the_sum of

does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge from the
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed

~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
~ said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated
~ and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein cont~ined shall in anywise impair,
~ alter or diminish the effect, lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid
Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged propert}i not released
