PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN 6Y THESE PRESENTS: • ~

WNEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CI?Y 6ANK, a national banking associa-
tion organiied under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assig~ment of the foltowing mortgages -
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit: ,
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
~5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encunbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgagp Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of 51,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Oeed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
IdHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and oper,ation of said
mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of

does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge from the
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
