PARTIAL RELEASE OF ~tORTGAGE 2~s`5'2a9
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit: f
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October, ~
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental :
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
a5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie ~ounty, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of ~1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which ~ ;
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Recor~
Book 207, Paqe-867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
. tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National ~
• City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a ~
~ part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage;

NOW, THEREFORE, Fir~t National City Bank, in consideration of 3
the premises and the sum of Five Thousand One Nundred Thirty-Five
amd QO 100---------------------------------------------- DOLLARS
` 5,135.00 , the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, '
does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fran the
~ lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its ~
E successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed ;
