PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE 2~55 '

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
~ tion organized under the laws of the Unj~d States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages _
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th.day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts 6usiness Trust, securing
~5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of -
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of $1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WNEREAS, Outdoor Resorts ~if America has requested First National
- City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, fran the lien and operation of said ~
mortgage;

NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of -
