MOORE, Husband, j and ~ LINDA MOORE, Wife. ) ~ FINAL JUDGI~NT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 26th day of February, 1974 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between EMORY E. MOORE and LINDA MOORE be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga- tions arising therefrom. - 2. CUSTODY. `Custody of KIMBERLY MOORE and JC~AN MOORE, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to LINDA MOORE with reasonable visitation rights reserved to EMORY E. M RE. ~ 3. SGPPORT. Commencing the ~~ay of . -7--- 1974, EMORY E. MOORE shall pay to LINDA MOORE the sum oF $25.00 each and every week for the support of the children named above. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to LINDA MOORE. In addition there is hereby ~ assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mai2inq and resi- dence addresses at all times while this order is in effect. r ~ ~24 ~ k . ~ ~ = _ -
