evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the part-
ies are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
5. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined
and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the
- other. '
6. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of $350.00
to be reasonable for the wife's attorney for his services herein
and EMORY E. MOORE is ordered to pay said attorney said sum toget-
her with costs herein assessed at $25.25.
7. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
