It is thereupon r~ ~ ~ ! ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: I ! l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between LINDA DIANE ~ ~ - q ; ARRAS and JOHN JOSEPH ARRAS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and _ 5 ~ the parties and each of them are hereby forev~r freed from the bonds f'° of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligation ~ ~ arising therefrom. ~ ~ ~ 2. ALIMONY. Corrmencing the ~~~day of~ rlarch, 1974, JOHN ~ u_~ JUSEPH ARRAS shall pay to LINDA DIANE ARRAS the sum of ~ ~ each and every week for weeks as rehabilitative alimony. ~ ~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and l ~ by him promptly remitted to LINDA DIANE ARRAS. In addition, there is ~ ~ hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk, All payments shall-be made in cash, money ~ order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses ':a at all times while this Order is in effect. - ~4 . ; 3. CUSTODY.
