This cause came on for trial this date and the Court, having

given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: ~

This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this '
suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the
' parties; and that the marriage betzveen the parties is irretrievably
i

; . broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon r~

! ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

! l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between LINDA DIANE ~
~ -

; ARRAS and JOHN JOSEPH ARRAS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and

~ the parties and each of them are hereby forev~r freed from the bonds
f'° of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligation
~
~ arising therefrom. ~

~ 2. ALIMONY. Corrmencing the ~~~day of~ rlarch, 1974, JOHN
~ u_~
JUSEPH ARRAS shall pay to LINDA DIANE ARRAS the sum of
~
~ each and every week for weeks as rehabilitative alimony.
~
~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
l
~ by him promptly remitted to LINDA DIANE ARRAS. In addition, there is ~
~
hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 statutory costs to be added to each
payment made to the Clerk, All payments shall-be made in cash, money
~ order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the
Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses

at all times while this Order is in effect. -
