JOSEPH ARRAS shall pay to LINDA DIANE ARRAS the sum of $ / ~ ~

each and every week for the support of the children named above, ;
plus medical and dental expenses. ~
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
him promptly remitted to LINDA DIAI~ ARR~S. In addition, there is
hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to
each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,-
money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to

keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this order is in effect. ~

S. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be '
